Dear Sound Friends:

Yesterday, February 14th, was World Sound Healing Day. It was also, of course, Valentine's Day, and a day that many of us toned a heart felt "AH" sound for five minutes at noon and sent a sonic valentine to the Earth. I trust you tuned in (and toned with) one of the World Sound Healing Day events. It was truly global in nature.

There were sound gatherings and peace concerts throughout the planet-in dozens of countries, too numerous to name. There were also 2 Internet broadcasts at 2 different times, one from World Puja (worldpuja.org) and the other, nearly 12 hours later, from The Great Shift (kirael.com). These were wonderful-assisting even more people in ringing the planet in waves of sacred sound as the energy of peace and compassion was carried by the "AH". I personally don't know the exact numbers with regard to the Internet or people gathering, but I know they were in the hundreds of thousands!

As you know, we did a Day of Toning in Boulder, during which time where I interconnected with World Puja for the noontime "AH" that occurred in New York. The Day of Toning was remarkable, for when the noon hour approached (this was when people in their different time zones globally would make an "AH"), I was able to tap in and literally feel this wave of energy cross the planet. It was the energy of peace and compassion literally washing over the planet. I first simply noticed it when it was noon time in Boulder--the energy was just massive. It had been happening already--I just became aware of it then. It had been building since the first tone resonated our planet that day. Then I tracked it as it spread across the globe.

At the end of the Day of Toning, I went home for the Great Shift show which was also doing a planetary tone as the sonic wave traveled West. At the very end of the toning, I heard a voice clearly say: "It is complete". I trust World Sound Healing Day has made a difference.

During one of the radio broadcasts, I was asked what I thought the results of this Day of Toning would be. I answered that I personally didn't know-it simply could be that some outrageous disaster might be averted and we would not know a thing about it. Or that it could help instill peace on the planet. There have been several major peace meditations recently, and I know they have all been cumulative-assisting and building the energy for peace that has already been generated.

I will tell you this. Each morning for the past several months, whenever I have gotten onto AOL, the banner headline of their home page was some powerfully negative statement. I won't stimulate your psyches with more of these words. Suffice it to say they were the antithesis of what many of us are working for. On February 15th, the morning after our World Sound Healing Day of Toning, I stared in astonishment at the headlines, which read "Peace Now!".
