To round out this month’s edition of Sound Streams, I thought you might enjoy this video inspired by my recent CD release MERKABA OF SOUND. The visuals were created by visionary artist Davin Infinity. This recording was over ten years in the making and offers an alchemy of tones and vibrations intended to create a sonic Merkaba.

The word “Merkaba” is an ancient mid-eastern term—found in both the Hebrew and Egyptian traditions—referring to a vehicle of inter-dimensional travel for body, mind and spirit. The inspiration and concept behind the creation of this CD strongly relates to the topics discussed in the article The Lemurian Tuning Forks, Magic Frequencies, and Sacred Ratios.

As with the Lemurian Tuning Forks, the Merkaba effect is created by the synergy of the ratios between multiple frequencies. While I will always honor the importance of single frequencies and encourage the consideration of their properties, a single isolated tone is likely to have very limited effects. The next more significant plateau to meditate on is the structure and fields created by multiple frequencies. I think it’s the relationship of the different frequencies that really is the main contributing factor to various effects. That factor, plus the power of our Intent, opens the gateway to the true power of Sound as a transformative and therapeutic modality. In the real world, there are no frequencies existing in isolation! Every frequency exists in an interconnected web which affects, and is affected by, a multitude of surrounding frequencies.

In any case, above and beyond any analytical considerations,  the ultimate value can often be found when you allow yourself to enter into the pure experience of sound. It’s in this spirit that I created and offer the Merkaba of Sound! Take a moment to enjoy the enchanting visuals above and let the sounds wash over you.
