What You Will Learn:
Module One:
Course Welcome and Introduction
(2 Sessions)
Welcome! This opening module presents an overview of the HARMONIC JOURNEYS program. We include introductory concepts on the nature of sound and frequency. You are invited to take this journey on the Sound Current to explore your own unique resonances via direct experience. You will begin the journey by learning a powerful approach for opening your voice via the energetics of natural, body centered tones.
Module Two:
Sound Healing Breathwork
(10 Sessions)
These teachings explore the power of Breath as the foundation for all of Sound Healing voice work. Breath is the basis of sound. It is also the basis of life. You will learn about the energy of breath and how conscious breathing is a key to expanded health and consciousness. You will learn techniques to enhance your awareness of breath and increase it’s power as energy for your tones. Discover the subtle energy of breathwork and learn how you can begin to shift frequencies via conscious sculpting of your breath tone.
Module Three:
Conscious Humming
(12 Sessions)
Discover how the simplest sound can be the most profound! These sessions explore Conscious Humming as a potent tool for powerful internal vibro-acoustic resonance. Learn the fundamental techniques of Humming along with specialized exercises to tune in to specific areas of body resonance, scan your biofield via humming and approaches to open your ears to the subtle overtones within the Hum.
Module Four:
Open Voice Toning
(10 Sessions)
In these sessions you will discover how to open your voice to explore new layers of resonance. You will learn the next steps of vibro-acoustic resonance via own self-created sounds, and experience these vibrations in your body, brain, and etheric fields. Our own self-created sounds can vibrate on multi-dimensional levels. You will experience the relationship of specific vowels, tones, and pitches and discover how these tones resonate in your being. These practices will change the way you experience sound!
Module Five:
Chakra Chanting
(7 Sessions)
This module focuses on the etheric energy centers of our body and their relationships to vibration and sound. You will learn how and why resonating your chakras can be an excellent tool for rejuvenation and healing. You will learn how to pronounce the specific vowel sounds for each of the 7 chakras. You will experience Jonathan Goldman’s classic Vowels As Mantras–one of the most profound vibrational tools for self-healing using your own voice. This is a powerful guided meditation for resonating the chakras with the Sacred Vowel Sounds for healing and transformation. Many experienced meditators consider this to be the most powerful guided meditation they’ve encountered. You will then learn how to personalize the Chakra Chanting experience for your own unique resonances.
Module Six:
The Power of Harmonics
(19 Sessions)
Harmonics can be understood as being responsible for the colors of sound and represent the next level of Sound Healing. Within every sound are multiple, geometrically related sounds simultaneously occurring. Harmonics display universal principles found in everything from the periodic table of elements to the orbital distances of the planets. Harmonics are responsible for the tone color (timbre) of instruments and voices–each voice is unique and different. The understanding of harmonics and the ability to create them can shift your understanding of sound. This sonic initiation can change the very way you perceive reality! In these sessions you will be introduced to the essential concepts of harmonics, experience listening to harmonics from various sources, and then, most significantly–learn techniques for sounding these magical tones in your own unique voice!
Module 7:
Advanced Harmonic Voice
(5 Sessions)
In this final module, you will explore advanced techniques to enhance your ability to create Vocal Harmonics. Through this ability to create two or more notes simultaneously you will experience the resultant transformative effects, which include stimulating the brain, resonating the physical body, and enhancing our ability to perceive reality.
